It can lift a little, like any swim skirt. That's why the shaping is built into the body of the suit, not the skirt. You stay covered either way.

Is it lined in the seat and chest?
Yes. The suit is lined through the body, so it won't turn sheer when wet.

Can I wear a regular bra underneath?
